Through the lens I am always looking for "the decisive moment".  Whether that moment occurs naturally or is created, it is the moment that makes an image feel alive.  I began my photographic journey as a journalist capturing news, sports, and real life moments.  Now with 15+ years in the commercial space I still rely on the instincts of that time to create lifestyle imagery that feels like a captured moment.  

I am based in my hometown of Atlanta with my wife and two daughters who are my favorite audience and toughest critics.

I am happiest leaning into a downhill curve on the road bike, rallying the family out into the woods, and running alongside a subject with a camera pressed to my eye.
